Job Description:

The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative functions of the Business Unit. This role ensures the efficient operation of the administrative team, providing leadership, support, and guidance to team members. The Admin Team Supervisor will manage daily administrative activities, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance productivity and service quality. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized, professional, and effective administrative environment that supports the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

  1. Supervise and lead the administrative team, ensuring efficient workflow and high performance.
  2. Lead the recruitment process for new administrative team members, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding.
  3. Work closely with the IT director to utilize and manage various IT software tools to streamline administrative processes and productivity.
  4. Implement and manage automation tools to enhance administrative tasks and reduce manual workload.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and best practices.
  7. Oversee travel program which includes selection of travel Management Company and negotiation of corporate rates (hotel/auto).
  8. Lead the team to assist executive staff with event planning, expense reports, travel arrangements, calendar management, meeting preparation/coordination, and report creation with the overarching goal of implementing their vision and strategic initiatives for the site and site growth.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5 Years Minimum Related Experience. 2 years in leadership role.
  • Experience in SharePoint Intranet Content Management.
  • Experience of Producing Content for Newsletters, Web Pages.
  • Experience in regulated industry desired.
  • Fluent in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint).
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Must be Able to Coordinate Multiple Projects Simultaneously, While Working Closely with Representatives from All JHS Departments.
  • Must be Able to Work Well with Others in Difficult Situations to Attain the Desired End Result.

Shift: Weekdays

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

  • Hiring Wage: $77,969 - $115,700 annually depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role.
