FieldBridge Energy seeks a Bulk Plant Operator in Strasburg, OH to work for the largest oilfield services company in the world, SLB. Weekly paychecks + Benefits. Payrate/Schedule: $19 per hour./12 hours per day, rotation 15/6. At 84 hours per week, earn weekly paychecks on avaerage of $2,104 gross + Benefits. Job Summary We are seeking a safety-focused and detail-oriented Bulk Plant Operator to join our team in supporting Oil & Gas operations. This role plays a key part in the preparation, blending, and delivery of bulk materials and chemicals to wellsite locations. You'll ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality product handling in compliance with all safety, environmental, and company standards. Key Responsibilities Blend and mix bulk products according to job specifications and timelines. Safely load/unload materials and equipment for wellsite delivery. Perform material quantity checks and calculations before dispatch. Follow strict quality assurance procedures for all bulk material handling. Coordinate logistics with field and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant bulk plant environment. Conduct daily equipment checks and assist with maintenance. Support inventory control through monthly counts and accurate documentation. Properly label and store additives; handle and dispose of containers safely. Participate in safety meetings, job risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. Wear appropriate PPE and strictly adhere to HSE policies and procedures. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in oilfield, chemical blending, or industrial plant operations preferred. Familiarity with mixing, batching, or loading chemicals or cementing materials. Knowledge of HSE standards and quality control procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments. Forklift certification or CDL is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
