Description
Position Summary: The Marketing Operations Specialist is a key member of the Marketing and Communications team that supports customers by maximizing the efficiency of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data and software to enhance customer engagement. Responsible for data collection and maintenance, understanding API exchange data workflow, list segmentation and creating Salesforce custom journeys and communications. This role requires strong digital marketing skills and the ability to effectively set up, deliver, target, segment/personalize CRM campaigns, including end-to-end testing, analysis and optimization. Requires excellent communication skills to respond to and resolve daily Donated Goods Retail (DGR) customer inquiries, administer the loyalty program and implement marketing strategies to deepen connections between GESMN and its customers.
