Base Salary ($150K - $200K) + Annual Performance Bonus

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Strategic National Account Management: Strengthen relationships with key customers and implement strategies to drive sales growth.


  • Customer Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong connections with hospital administrators, procurement managers, and clinical decision-makers.


  • Contract Negotiations & Management: Lead negotiations with GPOs, IDNs, large hospital networks, and, in addition, negotiate, coordinate, and prepare contracts directly with individual hospitals to ensure smooth product adoption and implementation.


  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and business planning teams, in addition to sales, marketing, and clinical support, to ensure timely product delivery, strategic alignment, and successful market penetration.


  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.


  • Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis: Regularly report on account performance, market insights, and business development progress to senior management.
  • Industry Engagement: Participate in industry conferences, exhibitions, and meetings to increase brand visibility and strengthen customer relationships.
