The Clinical Resource Specialist for Burn (CRS-B) is a field-based clinical position requiring a strong clinical background in Burn care. The CRS-B will deliver clinical education to practicing clinicians and key thought leaders within the Burn community. Primary product focus will be on the core group of SANTYL, ACTICOAT, VERSAJET, OASIS, and BIOBRANE with the primary call point in Burn Units, Pharmacy, and the OR. They will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of educational and clinical initiatives that support business objectives for targeted accounts/geographies. Works in collaboration with the Burn Sales Team & the Burn Medical Education Manager to ensure a coordinated effort in meeting sales and clinical education objectives. The CRS-B applies experience to form relationships with key clinical and economic decision makers to drive adoption of focus products and influence sales. The CRS-B will work to deliver Smith+Nephew (S+N) branded programs, to provide customer facing clinical resources, and product based clinical education, within the burn care setting. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
