Our Company Gateway Pediatric Therapy Overview The Assistant Clinical Director plays a critical role in supporting the clinical and operational excellence of the organization. The role involves a balance of direct client services, staff supervision, operational management, and community engagement. The Assistant Clinical Director ensures adherence to clinical policies and procedures, facilitates effective communication across teams, and supports strategic initiatives to foster clinic growth and success. This is an in-person role, requiring an average of 15 billable hours per week and active engagement in clinic operations. Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of ~7 clients and provide direct supervision to ensure high-quality services.
