*Description*
Responsibilities: *Implementing the workflow-level system configuration and unit testing, including enhancement and future development based on requirements defined. The list includes but is not limited to: *Entities (Attribute creation, including applicable conditions and validations) *Workflow Modifications and Updates (Adding tasks and modification of existing tasks such reordering tasks, adjusting task conditions or email templates) *Experience with the ABAC module in Aravo including the risk scoring - implementation and modification. *Configure and document configuration executed. *Must have experience building new workflows in Aravo. *Implement brand new workflows for lines of business including defining enhancement ideas for better solutioning to business requirements. *Participate in scoping exercises for rollouts/deployments. *Trouble-shoot flawed system behavior to identify root cause(s) and develop and verify fixes. *Identify platform issues and open support cases to platform. *Assess change requests against existing system behavior. *Facilitate integration discussions and configure changes as required. *Assess best path for development work to avoid negative impact to Production. *Able to configure new version of all system elements. *Manage development work within allocated development sprints. *Coordinate configuration adjustments and development work amongst the technical support team. *Take initiative to assist team members and share configuration. *Conduct system testing and support go live activities+ Conduct verification testing of configuration changes and development work. *Key lead during System integration testing (SIT). *Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). *Help with support/training to internal platform owners, who are new to Aravo.
