We have an opportunity for a 2nd shift Warehouse Technician to join our North Aurora, IL team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods, maintaining accurate inventory, and managing shipping/receiving operations. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of products within the warehouse and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers. You will: Follow all documented safety rules and practices. Utilize spray gun to paint products. Use the proper lifting techniques both manually and with lift assist devices including overhead crane to move products. Perform daily Lean manufacturing 5S activities. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to operate a forklift. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience in a warehouse or shipping environment, preferably in a coordination role. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed. Compensation: The hourly rate is $26.13/hr.
