Location: United Statements (Remote)
Duration: 3-4 months
Work Week: 30 - 40 hours (The number of hours are not guaranteed each week)
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00/Hr.
(Placement within this range is determined based on geography, background and other compensatory factors.)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Intern to support our team with essential administrative and operational tasks that enhance the efficiency of our sales organization. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales operations, content management, and process optimization within a fast-paced environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of a global sales enablement team while developing skills that are valuable in sales, marketing, and business operations. If you're eager to learn and contribute, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist with organizing team workflows, tracking enablement initiatives, and maintaining documentation.
  • Content & Resource Management: Maintain and update sales enablement materials, ensuring consistency and accessibility across platforms.
  • Template & Brand Alignment: Update existing sales documents and training materials within refreshed templates to align with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all sales content.
  • CRM & Data Support: Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis within sales tools such as Salesforce and Seismic.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination: Help schedule and coordinate training sessions, webinars, and enablement meetings.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative tasks and optimize sales enablement processes.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree (rising Junior or Senior) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related eld or pursuing a master's degree in a similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Prociency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Salesforce or Seismic is a plus.
  • Ability to update and format content in templates while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
