Make it happen at Hopkins Join Our Team at Johns Hopkins Hospital - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Lead Clinical Nurse The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Johns Hopkins Hospital is a 28-bed unit providing comprehensive medical and surgical intensive care for children from birth to 21 years old. As Maryland's only Level 1 pediatric trauma center and state-designated pediatric burn ICU, the PICU cares for children up to 15 years of age with complex diagnoses including respiratory failure, metabolic disorders, seizure disorders, multiorgan failure, shock, toxic ingestions, and neonatal and pediatric ECMO. Our surgical services encompass extensive general, cardiac, thoracic, orthopedic, and neurologic procedures. The LCN has the ability to lead others, assist in development & implementation of procedures for the unit, use principles of conflict resolution, recommend resource utilization, and implement performance management of staff Qualifications:
