Job Details Under general direction of the Director of Contracts and Pricing, this role represents the Contracts group by operating as the liaison between the Contracts and Chargebacks, Sales, and Customer Maintenance in setting up new accounts as well as daily maintenance of existing accounts. Responsible for accurately entering membership, with an emphasis on 340b, information into the contract management database system timely and performing in depth analysis with the ability to resolve inquiries promptly. Performs Root Cause analysis of pricing and membership discrepancies and makes recommendations to Management by developing action plans and recommending and implementing solutions Responsibilities
Education and Work Experience Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program; normally requires a minimum of (4) years of progressively responsible related experience.
