Staffmark is hiring a new Warehouse Assembler to join our growing team at OP Mobility, a global leader in automotive mobility solutions, located in Spring Hill, TN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values innovation, quality, and hard work. If you have prior assembly experience and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
• Available Schedules: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM OR 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Mandatory Overtime Required)
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do:

• Assemble automotive bumpers and related parts following production guidelines
• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks with precision
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the assembly process
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (12-hour shifts)

What We're Looking For:

• Previous assembly experience is required
• Ability to work mandatory overtime and long shifts
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
