National & Strategic Account Sales Director - Roof Coatings

Location: Houston Hybrid (50% Travel Required)

Partnering with our mission-driven client, a leader in their industry, we are searching for an impactful, results-driven Sales Leader who can spearhead sales efforts, and build and manage relationships at the national level with strategic partners.

This individual will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, while driving success within the roofing industry by promoting highly sustainable materials which offer efficiency, sustainability, and the greener, smarter, future of building solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and grow key national accounts, building long-term relationships.
  • Business Development: Identify, target, and win new business with large distributors, roofing contractors, and industry decision-makers.
  • Sales Leadership: Deliver high-impact presentations, lead negotiations, and close deals that contribute to revenue growth and strengthen market presence.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (marketing, product development, and technical support) to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.


Successful Career Profile:



  • Experience: Strong proven success in sales, within roofing, coatings, or building materials industries.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow national and strategic accounts, driving significant revenue growth.
  • Network: Established connections within the roofing industry, including distributors, contractors, and decision-makers.
