FP&A Analyst

What does an FP&A Analyst at Swire Coca-Cola do?

As an FP&A Analyst you will assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, month-end reporting and analysis, operational and management reporting, trend analysis, and ad hoc analysis to support management decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares/maintains periodic management P&L reporting accurately and efficiently for use and analysis by internal clients including department and function Sr. leaders
• Develop process-improvement team capabilities to enhance/improve reports & create new reports to build efficiencies
• Analyzes financial information from P&L and proactively identify & present findings to management
• Develop operational savvy to collaborate on identifying potential solutions to improve efficiencies/reduce cost
• Build out specific areas in of Anaplan models/reporting to drive overall success of implementation
• Serve as an auxiliary support/resource in training users on new systems/enhancements to help ensure smooth rollout
• Construct financial modeling of various parts of the P&L & support in complex financial modeling to respond to internal customers
• Partner with Sr. Analysts and FP&A Leadership on leading annual budget and forecasting enterprise-wide processes and roll up

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field required
• Internship in finance related field
• 1+ years of experience in a financial analyst role preferred
• Strong collaboration, cooperation, and communication including ability to lead and influence without authority
• Advanced Excel knowledge (daily usage of pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, macros, index, match functions)
• Knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow analysis
• Ability to extract and analyze large data files and manipulate them into digestible reports for analysis
• Comfortable with Business Intelligence tools and data visualization tools (Power BI, Domo)
