This will be a remote role working out of your home office in the United States. You will play a key role in the preparation of SEC reports as well as manage Global Compliance. You have a background in SEC reporting requirements, GAAP, and financial statement preparation as well as experience in international compliance management. This role requires a strong ability to work cross-functionally, manage tight deadlines, and communicate effectively with senior leadership and external auditors. In this role, you will: SEC Reporting: Participate in the preparation of external financial reporting, including Forms 10-K/10-Q, earnings releases, and other required SEC filings to ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP Draft and maintain technical accounting memos Identify, research, and document non-routine and complex transactions regarding accounting due diligence, accounting treatment, reporting and disclosure Coordinate the information gathering process across the organization and interact with the Company's external auditors Assist in ad-hoc projects related to SEC reporting, financial reporting, technical accounting and internal controls as needed. Global Compliance: Provide statutory reporting support for multiple countries working closely with Senior Manager and Statutory Accountant. Maintain annual reporting calendar to actively manage and inform parties of necessary deadline adherence for financial reports. Play a key role in integrating newly acquired companies Recommend and assist in the implementation of process improvements as appropriate, to simplify, standardize and streamline processes. Your background: Master's degree preferred 4-6 years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP CPA preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting If this sounds like you and fits your experience and career goals, we'd be happy to chat.
