Outside Sales Representative

Salary: $60,000-$100,000

Salary listed ia estimated and includes hourly wage and commission. Actual salary is based on experience and sales performance.

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for managing the Sales Coordinators and serving as a teacher and sales leader. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to effectively and fairly communicate on a daily basis with all associates ensuring that standards are kept and goals are attained. As a sales leader, under the direction of the Store Manager for ensuring profitability of the location including sales and margin.
