Are you a college sophomore or junior with a passion for Human Resources?

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience and make a real impact through meaningful projects.

What You'll Do:

• Engage in Exciting Initiatives: Help drive system-wide programs like Fresh Air Fridays, Blood Drives, and Ride Share Programs.

• Collaborate with HR Professionals: Work alongside experienced HR experts on various projects and initiatives.

What's in It for You?

• Flexible Schedule: Work 15-20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

• Location: Our Front Street Office in La Crosse, WI.

• Competitive Pay: Earn $15.00/hour.

• Duration: Primarily working through the summer, with the opportunity to extend your internship through the school year. We have the ability for you to be within this role for 1 year.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Passion: Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow.

• Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
