Hanger Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Front-End Revenue Cycle to oversee and optimize key functions including new patient scheduling, benefits and authorization, document management, financial counseling, and billing. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of revenue cycle management, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.



Your Impact

    Lead initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Financial Clearance workflows and operations. This role requires deep expertise in Financial Clearance rules and optimization strategies, combined with hands-on experience in customer service and registration processes from an operational and improvement perspective. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across departments to develop, implement, and refine solutions that improve patient access, streamline revenue cycle processes, and elevate the overall patient and staff experience.
  • Leading a Large Operational Team: Lead and manage a large operational team, ensuring effective collaboration, performance, and achievement of departmental goals.
  • New Patient Scheduling: Develop and implement efficient scheduling processes to ensure timely and accurate new patient appointments.
  • Benefits and Authorization: Manage and streamline the verification of patient benefits and obtaining necessary authorizations to ensure coverage and payment.
  • Document Management: Ensure the proper handling, storage, and retrieval of patient documents from key referral sources.
  • Financial Counseling: Oversee financial counseling services to assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities and available options.
  • Billing: Supervise billing processes to ensure accurate and timely billing of services rendered and address any billing discrepancies promptly.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
