We are working exclusively with our client to identify an experienced bilingual facilitator (Canadian French/English) to virtually deliver a 90-minute Drive for Results training session. As the facilitator, you will: Collaborate with the team to translate and adapt the course materials (deck, workbook, and survey) into Canadian French Participate in a prep meeting to review the content and session logistics Lead a dynamic and engaging virtual session for up to 30 participants, including frontline managers and staff at a manufacturing facility in Montreal Start Date: Mid-to-late April (for preparation and translation) Duration & Hours: To be determined by the consultant Delivery Date: Week of May 12 (exact date and time TBD based on team availability) Location: Virtual Experience Required: Fluency in Canadian French and English Proven virtual facilitation skills, particularly via Zoom Experience engaging manufacturing or operations-based audiences is preferred Ability to adapt and present existing content clearly and confidently Strong presence and ability to deliver training with energy, clarity, and impact NOTE: 100% Virtual Positions Due to the nature of this virtual position, we anticipate a high number of responses from interested applicants.
