Executive Content Creator Our client is a leader in their field providing job seekers and companies a global platform to showcase their skills and post their jobs. As a leader in the field, they are constantly sharing trends, best practices, and market data. Recently a small but mighty department has been assembled to take the research data and translate it to digestible content that executives can deliver via webinars, conferences, congresses, round tables, and the like. This role is all about the execution and delivery of the content, story, visual property, that is to be delivered to other decision makers. If you have created valuable content out of data, to be delivered to executives (by executives) or other industry SMEs, we want to speak to you! We're looking for a relationship-driven communicator to support our executive marketing efforts with personalized, high-impact 1:1 content. As an Executive Engagement Specialist, you will shape messaging for C-level and senior executives-especially those leading HR, talent, and transformation functions. You'll work at the intersection of data, insights, and business relevance to translate complex trends into clear, engaging messages that resonate with decision-makers. Whether it's workforce transformation, skills evolution, or the future of work, your content will help executives take action. Key Responsibilities: *1:1 Executive Messaging: Craft personalized, insight-driven messages that address the specific challenges of C-level and senior HR executives. *Tailored Content Creation: Build assets-briefing docs, 1-pagers, follow-ups, and insight decks-designed for strategic conversations. *Advisor Enablement: Equip advisors with tailored talking points and high-quality materials that deepen executive engagement. *Data Translation: Transform complex labor market data and HR trends into concise, actionable insights for executive audiences. *Voice & Relevance: Ensure tone is aligned with both Indeed's brand and the expectations of executive stakeholders. Qualifications: *3+ years of experience in executive communications, consulting, or enterprise marketing focused on senior or C-level stakeholders *Understanding of HR, talent strategy, and workforce transformation topics *Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills tailored to business leaders *Curiosity and eagerness to learn more about C-level decision-makers and HR topics such as talent strategy, workforce transformation, and the future of work *High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt tone and message based on executive needs and business context *Proven ability to work cross-functionally with advisors, marketing, and research teams *Strategic mindset #LI-SS2 #LI-REMOTE After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
