Summer Intern - Sales/Aftersales Location: Houston, Texas FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Internship Overview: As a Sales/Aftersales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in process improvement, data analysis, and workflow documentation. Your work will contribute to optimizing our spare parts business, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Standardize spare parts offerings to enhance consistency and efficiency. Analyze parts data, including margins and quantities, to support strategic decision-making. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer service workflows. Assist in creating a spare parts drawing repository for easy access and reference. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel or data analysis tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Interest in the pump industry, manufacturing, or aftermarket services is a plus.
