Under the general direction of the Director, UCLA Health System Facilities, you will manage the day to day preventative and reactive maintenance efforts and inspections/testing designed to ensure an appropriate Environment of Care and Life Safety environment in the Mid-Wilshire RNPH and associated campus physical plant; maintain subject premises in consistent compliance with the requirements of all applicable regulatory agencies and their proxies (including but not limited to: CMS, CDPH, State Board of Pharmacy, TJC, Cal OSHA, CARB, etc.); manage a team of superintendents, senior superintendents, admin analysts, and union-represented trade employees consisting of facility mechanics, plumbers, electricians, etc., as well as numerous specialized external vendors, including UCLA Campus Facilities Management; represent UCLA Health to all regulatory agencies and their proxies during all scheduled and unannounced surveys/complaint validations; actively engage in risk management activities; work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team setting to advance the overall goals of the Health System as determined by Leadership; actively promote a culture of safety, engagement, equity, and inclusiveness; maintain departmental expenditures within budget. Has significant responsibility to achieve above stated goals through subordinate in-house leaders and outside vendor Forman/service managers. Salary Range: $112,900 - $256,900 Qualifications
