Administrative Assistant Support facility security and operations by ensuring all visitors are welcomed to the facility and meet security protocols. Additionally, answer phone calls, e-mails and produce labels for operations. Support other departments as time allows. Who are we? Founded in 1849, Ducommun is the oldest company in California. Employee forget their badge) Assist Facility Security Officer with monthly badge report Obtain the mail from outside and sort it in the company mail boxes; take the outgoing mail to the mailbox Gather the used smocks, prepare them for the dry cleaner and hang back up once received back clean. Provide support to departments, as needed. Able to work with a high level of accuracy. Proficient in writing skills Basic level of computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
