As the Channel Marketing Manager, Omni, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of the U.S. channel marketing strategy across key big-box, mass, value, club, and grocery accounts-both in-store and online. This role plays a critical function in translating brand strategies into actionable marketing programs that drive incremental growth, enhance retailer relationships, and support long-term revenue objectives. You will partner cross-functionally with sales, brand, innovation, and digital teams to ensure best-in-class marketing execution.

This position requires 40%-50% travel.



Responsibilities

    Develop and execute multi-year omnichannel engagement and activation strategies (1.5 - 3 years), ensuring alignment with company growth initiatives.
  • Lead SKU assortment strategy, optimizing product selections based on customer needs, packaging requirements, and performance data.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of in-store and online promotions, including customer loyalty programs, trade marketing campaigns, and category leadership initiatives.
  • Serve as the omnichannel digital shelf expert, implementing strategies to improve product visibility, optimize search rankings, and increase conversion rates across e-commerce platforms.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with retail media networks and account-specific advertising divisions, ensuring data-driven marketing activations drive measurable results.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Associate Channel Marketing Managers, guiding the development and execution of retailer-specific marketing programs.
  • Develop and implement channel-specific marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotional activations, and brand engagement strategies tailored to key retail partners.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to create compelling trade marketing presentations and secure buy-in for marketing initiatives that support joint business planning efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze ROI and performance metrics to assess the success of marketing programs and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support senior leadership in prioritizing marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader corporate and channel objectives.


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in channel marketing within the CPG industry.
  • Proven experience leading multi-year channel marketing strategies with a focus on retail execution, digital engagement, and omnichannel sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of category management principles, retail media, trade promotions, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams, with a focus on collaboration and execution.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, including e-commerce, in-store activation, and digital shelf optimization.
  • Ability to leverage consumer insights, shopper data, and retail analytics to develop targeted marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • MSEL or MBA preferred.
