QA/QC Coordinator (PMO Team) Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks.
• Assess service delivery compliance and best practices.
• Design and analyze client satisfaction surveys.
• Provide training on QA policies and procedures.
• Assist in policy development for enhanced service delivery.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

QA/QC Coordinator (PMO Team) Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in quality assurance and compliance.
• Strong analytical and training skills.
• Knowledge of social service program requirements.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
