Purpose of the Job

The Retail Concepts (RC) Manager will partner with RC Sr. Managers to bring branded in-store retail shop-in-shop concepts and branded fixture programs to life. They will be a strong focus in supporting:



  • Floor layout concepts
  • Fixture production
  • Logistics
  • Installation
  • Merchandising
  • Maintenance



This is a full-time temporary position estimated through the end of 2026 with the possibility to extend to 12-months if needed.

Key Responsibilities



  • Channel specific Project Management and production of fixtures/branded spaces.
  • Installation.
  • Logistics through the final implementation.
  • Providing informed project-based recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of key retail channels & accounts to support RC strategies.
  • Support channel maintenance/updates to existing shops.
  • Manage and communicate project schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget completion with cross- functional partners.
  • Partner with procurement to conduct project bids.
  • Conduit to Store Profiler & Analytics team for updates and information inputs.



Knowledge, Skills + Experience



  • 4+ years' experience managing retail environment planning, fixture production and installation, and vendor management.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to interpret CAD drawings.
  • Strong vendor management experience
  • Capable of partnering and influencing across internal and external project teams to drive to results.
  • Understanding of retail environments, fixture engineering & production and installation practices.
  • Project and budget management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of basic Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to travel domestically estimated at 5%.
