We are seeking a Junior Engineer (Agile Scrum)

Located on-site at NWSC PHD in Port Hueneme, CA.

* Provide product team coordination for Combat Systems analytics algorithm development for Department programs, to include development and presentation of briefs to stakeholders, and periodic meetings.

* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the Departments, Program Sponsors, and other Warfare Centers to improve the engineering, logistics, and business processes through development of workflows using the technology/tools to increase productivity and gain efficiencies.

* Coordinate with existing and new customers to ensure product continue to meet requirements. Coordinate with new teams to identify scope and purposes in support of the planning process for new products.

* Perform process interface between CBM+ engineering processes and modeling and algorithm development efforts within combat system programs and provide support to project deliverables as determined by program and tasking requirements.

* Support and participate in CBM+ and combat systems predictive and operational analytics modeling development process to deliver modeling pseudocode. Provide reports as determined by program requirements.

* Lead and guide product team utilizing an Agile Scrum process to ensure timely Agile product delivery.



  • 3 to 5 years professional experience mix in engineering and software
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and techniques.
  • Experience in designing and developing systems and devices.
  • Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.


Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
