Retail Money Order Regional Operations Specialist - Denver. Co (Hybrid with travel)

As a Regional Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing reporting and supporting operations for our Consumer Services products: Retail Money Order, Pre-Paid Debit and Bill Payment. From supporting sales activities to keeping our Agents operating top-notch, you'll ensure everything related Consumer Services products runs like clockwork, with a dash of innovation and urgency.

Role Responsibilities



  • As a Regional Operations Specialist, you'll be the go-to guru representative for Consumer Services products for
  • Support initiatives related to these products, including point-of-sale maintenance and agent IT support needs, and projects for the enablement of new products/ services
  • Support execution of marketing promotions and sales incentives. Manage and distribute marketing materials (e.g., POS posters)
  • Daily support for issue resolution related to Consumer Services product delivery (e.g., equipment issues, point-of-sale challenges)
  • From optimizing business applications, products and services to making sure to protect the business on a day to day.
  • Data & System analytics support by observing trends and activity of Consumer Services products (e.g. sales volumes, activity)
  • Front-End Fun: Help out with basic hardware and system troubleshooting.


Role Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree, with 2+ years retail operational experience
  • Problem solving: You're great at identifying and helping resolve issues effectively
  • Client Oriented: You want to help meet the needs of our agents and customers
  • Tech-Savvy: You're great with IT systems, cloud solutions, networking, and web hosting
  • Software Wizard: You know your way around business tools like PowerBI, ARC+, Snowflake, ServiceNow, SPLUNK and you can troubleshoot without breaking a sweat.
  • Quick Study: New products, data and tech don't intimidate you
  • Must be based in our Denver office and will work as hybrid

Salary

The base salary range is $60,000 - 75,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
