Profits generated from this business will be reapplied to scaling operations and investments for Microsoft's public good investments. This is a dynamic and fast-growing business focused on helping organizations on the front line of change to do their work to create inclusive and enduring positive impact throughout our communities.The TSI Digital Natives team acts as as Account team staffed with team members with core capability in Data Modernization, Security Analytics and AI. We work with customers to leverage data to help them achieve their business priorities and help guide customer's journey through Analytics-led Azure Data transformation. We also support customers in evaluating their applications and business requirements, recommend solutions that meet their requirements, and demonstrate these solutions to win the technical decision. As a Partner Technology Strategist within Tech for Social Impact working with strategic, social good ISVs and Digital Natives companies, serving the "social good" sector. You will collaborate with Account Executives, technical specialists, partner, and consulting resources to advance the sales process and exceed quarterly Azure revenue targets in your assigned accounts. ResponsibilitiesOwn pre-sales technical discussions with customers leveraging processes and tools, demos, and programs using consultative sales methodology and technical knowledge to influence the customer vision; establish rules of engagement (e.g., role boundaries, handoff strategies) for extended teams.Build technical strategy: map the agreed customer vision into a strategy, resolve concerns, preventing and removing technical blockers, and validating a business case for investment and translated technology complexity into business impact. Work with the customer, account team, and partners to orchestrate a roadmap for implementation guiding the customer to choose the Microsoft Analytics platform and win the AI design for their needs. Design the solution using your AI technical knowledge, architectural approach, consultancy skills and our methodology to win a customer's technical decision and meet the customer's needs; drive proof of concepts (POCs)/Pilots to create momentum for MVPs, infusing key AI technologies where appropriate and being technically proficient to do POC with hands-on-skills.Have an ability to uncover, develop and move value added innovation through the Sales lifecycleDrive AI Design Wins and support the customer AI transformation inclusive of AI Applications and data foundation. Support the creation of new pipeline in collaboration with the Account Executive by identifying new opportunities within customer engagement and hand off to Partners.Guide & Coach customer with a Technical Sales mindset, so they drive productive and efficient evolvement activities of new & existing partner's business solutions (Innovation).Accountable for performance of Partners' portfolio, expansion of Partners' workforce skills (Tech Intensity) and winning the Partners' cloud mindshareMaintain and grow knowledge in AI technologies (Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services, and AzureML and Model Catalog) and relevant Analytics, Data warehousing, Data Engineering, Data Science, andAI scenarios including Intelligent Data and Analytics Platform (Azure SQL DW, Lakehouse architecture,Fabric, Azure Databricks, Power BI) while keeping up to date with market trends and insights; collaborate and share with the Data & AI technical community.
