POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Director of Training Programs will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Training personnel, ensuring the execution of training programs in alignment with the annual operating plan. This role is responsible for managing budgets, maximizing human capital, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of training services. Additionally, the Sr. Director will be tasked with identifying new training opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving growth within the business. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and manage assigned training personnel to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Implement and manage all training programs in line with the annual operating plan.
- Project, plan, and oversee the budget for the Training Business Unit.
- Optimize human resource utilization by cross-deploying assets and offering resources to other business units as needed.
- Ensure all training services meet quality, cost, schedule, and performance specifications.
- Collaborate across functions and programs to identify efficiencies and enhance business operations, acting as a liaison between departments for company-wide success.
- Ensure all contractual obligations and deliverables are met on time and to the client's satisfaction.
- Establish and enforce procedures to ensure accountability for training equipment, weapons, and munitions.
- Maintain strong communication with both internal and external customers to ensure positive relationships.
- Develop and execute strategies for maintaining and improving customer relationships.
- Foster organizational growth through mentoring, performance management, and succession planning of subordinate leaders.
- Oversee the development and improvement of training facilities in Moyock.
- Create and track training performance metrics to assess and improve training effectiveness.
- Manage the department's budget and provide monthly performance reports.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding training programs with federal, local law enforcement, and military clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the responsible party to ensure costumer satisfaction with both the training product, customer experience and service.
- Serve as a key contributor for Business Development for the Constellis training programs and contingency operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with core customers and partners.
- Create, drive and maintain a culture of accountability, performance and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or training-related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in military, security, or law enforcement operations and training.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing training curriculum and security strategies for law enforcement, military, or personal protection agencies.
- Extensive experience working with DoS, DoD, law enforcement, or similar federal/state security agencies.
- Demonstrated leadership excellence in managing geographically diverse training units within government services and commercial sectors.
- Ability to make critical decisions with limited information, often within tight deadlines.
- U.S. Citizenship required for eligibility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Ability to travel internationally and visit austere, potentially hostile locations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise interactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
- Adaptable to rapidly changing environments and evolving business needs.
- Familiarity with international customers and training NATO partners.
- Experience working with tactical units, including SOCOM, JSCO, and other specialized military units, to understand their training needs.
- Must be able to lift, lower, carry, push or move objects up to 25 lbs. Various tasks may require intermittent standing or prolonged sitting, and the ability to walk, reach, kneel, crouch and handle work related supplies and tools.

WORKING CONDITIONS Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
