The Campaign Journey Support Analyst role is responsible for supporting the development and management of all campaign delivery solutions that support M&R Marketing campaigns. In addition, this role will handle administrative tasks such as managing the mailbox, campaign codes, number hotline, and issue handling. Details below.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting and delivery through journey management and collaboration. Support campaign data delivery intake queues for campaign data requirements
  • Data Coordination: Work closely with marketing strategists to perfect the Campaign Request form (CR) for Data and Audience needs (this information could be in Workfront) and act as an interpreter between marketers, channel teams (email, print, DM), and data teams. Ability to review data requirements
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage Campaign support team mailbox, Attribution Code Assignment (PSC), Toll-Free number coordination with Operations, and handle issues as they arise
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and track issues while working cross-functionally to resolve them. Communicate progress and resolutions to relevant stakeholders
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of campaign processes, data requirements, and issue resolutions to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in campaign delivery and support
  • Requirement Gathering and BRD Creation: Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders to understand the data and strategic needs for campaigns. Help with the creation of comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that explain what the data teams need to build and the strategies required to create and maintain journeys in Adobe. Ensure that BRDs are clear, detailed, and align with the overall campaign objectives and data strategies

Required Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of consumer marketing experience
  • Intermediate experience with relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proven self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with ambiguity and confidentiality
  • Proven critical systems thinking skills required, including the ability to comprehend complex business problems quickly
  • Proven ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proven excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of Healthcare experience; understanding of the Federal Medicare and Retirement program
  • User Acceptance Testing experience
  • Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Cognos/Business Objects)
  • Experience with PL/SQL Developer
  • Experience with Adobe would be great but not needed
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Access

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
