People & Experience Internship

Reingold is seeking a paid intern to support the lifeblood of our organization: our People & Experience team. Our interns gain hands-on experience, learn various marketable skills, and get a behind-the-scenes look at everything that makes a successful company function and thrive.

Internships are full-time (40 hours) during the standard workweek and pay an hourly rate of $20, hourly. The internship class begins on June 5 and runs through November 21, 2025. Core hours during the internship are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern. This Internship requires five in-office days (Monday - Friday) at our Alexandria, VA location.

Duties may include:

• Support the implementation of a new intranet (e.g., organizing resources, developing content, etc.)

• Provide administrative support to the People & Experience team, including recruitment coordination, , data entry, management of HIRS system, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and special projects

• Assist with updating employee handbook policies and researching industry best practices.

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and community events (e.g., team-building, social events, employee recognition).

• Create and distribute firm-wide communications to inform employees about updates, events, and initiatives.

• Complete one to two internship projects, offering opportunities for skill growth and professional development.

• Perform tasks aligned with your skills and interests, contributing to evolving team needs.

Bonus points for:

• Degrees in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Leadership, or Business.

• Internship or similar experience in Human Resources or employee engagement.
