Description
Senior Reconciliation Specialist, Business Office The Senior Reconciliation Specialist, Business Office is responsible for supporting the reconciliation and recording of transactions between information systems and accounts receivable subsidiary ledgers in the accounting system. This role will also be responsible for various account maintenance activities to support consistency across the systems. Activities include cash processing and application, refund processing, and reporting, receivables, research inquiries, and customer service for various types of funding. This role supports training and provides input regarding new employees and performance of team members. This position requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. The Sr. Reconciliation Specialist, Business Office reports directly to the Manager, Business Office. This role works very closely with the Analyst, Business Office on day-to-day processing, system reconciliations, and month-end reporting. The position has no direct reports. Responsibilities:
