Management Consulting Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; New York, NY): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Management Consulting Senior Manager in New York, NY, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process.
  • Design new business processes based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions, and run stakeholder agreement meetings.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, applying research and analysis skills as well as diagnosis skills.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment as well as demonstrated leadership and collaboration in professional setting.
  • Translate the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actions.
  • Participate in diagnosing the problem and planning and leading the transformation.
  • Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes.
  • Leverage Accentures methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver outcomes.
  • Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors that are implemented by the team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Science, or related field, plus 7 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing Finastra GPP (Global PAYplus) product for SEPA Credit Transfer & Direct Debit payment method;
  • Agile project management using Jira;
  • Utilizing Microsoft Project for developing complex project plans and dependency tracking;
  • Working with client functional teams, business process leads, end users, stakeholders, and teammates; and
  • Managing Financial Services projects across the United States and the United Kingdom.

Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Configuration and product architecture in Snowflake;
  • Configuration and dashboard development in Microsoft Power BI;
  • Utilizing Broadridge Performance Reporting Unit (PRU) Application; and
  • Configuration and product architecture in Temenos T24.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant to the New York Transparency Bill, the offered wage for this role is $237,900.00 per year.
