Overview:

Overview

Support process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement.
Collect and analyze data to measure process performance, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of changes.
Work closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and methodologies to staff and teams.
Monitor the success of implemented process changes, ensuring sustainability and identifying further areas for improvement.
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate process improvement findings, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.

3 years experience in process improvement or healthcare management

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Certification/Licensure
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt Certificate (Preferred)
  • Would need to get certified within one year of hire
Experience
  • Required to have 3 year of experience in process improvement
  • Required to have 3 years of experience in healthcare
  • Required to have Microsoft Excel experience
  • Must be comfortable doing data analysis, data manipulation and data reporting.

The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$53,248.00-$88,753.60Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
