*Description*
Responsibilities: Budget Management (45%) * Maintain division budget, support business plan development, and track budget. * Enhance PO process and utilize data for reconciliation. * Analyze financial data for cost savings and efficiencies. * Prepare budget reports, conduct gap analysis, and recommend countermeasures. * Gather annual budget requests and prepare for leadership readout. * Develop headcount tracking and collaborate with Finance for adjustments. * Prepare documents and visualizations for budget performance. * Support Initiative Teams and IT in tracking milestones and KPIs. CX Division Governance (20%) * Support governance processes (CX SteerCo, CX Council). * Prepare for RDO Working Sessions and prioritize topics. * Facilitate collaboration through CX and IT Summit processes. Agile Workflow and Continuous Improvement (25%) * Facilitate sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile events. * Prepare for monthly All Hands and Quarterly Town Hall meetings. * Support PI Planning and CX Workshop logistics. * Identify and support improvement opportunities. * Provide support for Results Delivery efforts. Ongoing Maintenance (10%) * Manage SharePoint access and administer tools (SharePoint, Teams, Mural). * Support onboarding of new associates and contractors. * Monitor CXD Inbox and ensure artifacts are current. *Top Skills Details* Business analysis,budget management *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Education: BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Customer Experience, Marketing/Market Research, or equivalent experience. * Experience: 3-5 years in budget planning; 3-5+ years in customer-centric roles, project support/delivery, or enterprise strategy development; auto experience and project management/agile experience is a plus *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $37.41 - $40.81/hr.
