1486 - Navy Surface Warfare Training Specialist

Sigma Defense is seeking a Navy Surface Warfare Training Specialist with navy training experience to join our team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate a former Surface Warfare Officer with experience using all Navy training management systems such as TORIS, RADM, NTMPS/FLTMPS. Knowledge of Navy POM process, Surface Warfare Training Strategy, Fleet Training Wholeness Strategy as it relates to training processes is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience with Navy training and certification processes and training resource management including monitoring and analysis of Navy training metrics.
• 5+ years of experience identifying, tracking, and prioritizing training system issues.
• Experience leading teams in identifying and prioritizing process improvement opportunities.
• Experience operating Navy information systems used for surface ship training management such as Training and Operational Readiness Information Services (TORIS), Relational Administrative Data Management (RADM), or Naval Training Management and Planning System (NTMPS/FLTMPS).
• Experience drafting and presenting command briefs to senior leadership.

Personnel Clearance Level:

• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance.
• Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually.
