Description We are looking for an experienced, creative and technically skilled Web and Graphic Designer to join our team in the banking industry. In this role, you will be responsible for executing innovative design solutions across 7 bank divisions, 1 subsidiary, and corporate operations. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver designs that enhance user experience, adhere to compliance regulations, and align with the unique branding needs of our organization. Below is a list of essential job functions. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. PROVIDE ENHANCED CLIENT SERVICE Plan, design, build and maintain websites for 7 bank divisions, 1 subsidiary, and corporate needs. (5 built on Kentico (HTML) and 4 built on WordPress). Ensure websites are optimized for a seamless user experience across devices, with a strong emphasis on security, accessibility and compliance. Work closely with IT and development teams to implement functional and compliant web strategies and plugins. Regularly maintain and update websites to align with evolving financial products, services, and compliance requirements. FOSTER OUR CULTURE Design visually engaging marketing materials, including, but not limited to, flyers, brochures, advertisements, reports, in-branch signage and displays, and social media content, supporting 7 divisions, 1 subsidiary, and corporate teams. Develop cohesive branding assets such as logos, infographics, and presentation visuals, ensuring consistency across all organizational branches. Collaborate with fellow marketing team members, as well as other departments such as compliance, product specialists, executive management, etc., to execute design strategies tailored to the needs of diverse audiences while meeting industry standards. Create graphics and assets for presentations, training materials, and customer-facing and internal-only documents across the organization. PROMOTE DIGITAL AWARENESS Demonstrate expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web development tools (HTML, CSS, and WordPress). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video creation and editing is highly desirable. Must possess excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). FOCUS ON ACCURACY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Stay updated on the latest trends in financial design, web development, and banking industry branding. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across divisions, subsidiaries, and corporate teams to align design deliverables with their objectives. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality and compliance standards. Contribute to digital marketing efforts by designing email campaigns, promotional content, and social media graphics that align with organizational goals. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below: Degree in graphic arts, design, communication or related field, or equivalent years of related work experience. Minimum of three to five (3 to 5) years progressive experience in digital and print design. Portfolio of strong creative work. Demonstrated knowledge of design principles and best practices. High attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Strong working knowledge of the interactive production process, including graphics and optimization, and web page production. This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers and phones. Ability to travel on occasion to all market areas and attend seminars or training sessions, employee meetings, off site. BENEFITS
