We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and self-driven individual contributor to lead the definition of our vision and strategy for our Application Template Framework product, which is used to install, orchestrate and grow the success of our Intelligent Apps. We are in need of someone who has a mix of both broad product strategy and ability to deep-dive into customer, business, and architectural challenges that customers face today. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both at breadth and depth as an individual contributor delivering impact in a complex environment. From a breadth perspective you should be comfortable driving cross-functional organizational alignment across groups such as Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support. From a depth perspective, you should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to dig into long-standing product gaps, deeply understanding the problem space and driving strategic and architectural decisions for the future success of our products.

Some of the things you'll be doing include ...

  • Work collaboratively with Engineering, other Product Managers, UX, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Support on product and program implementations.

  • Drive alignment and presenting product plans across all levels of the organizations including senior executives.

  • Engage with customers as an Intelligent Analytical Application trusted advisor to ensure their success, manage escalations, requirements analysis and product planning activities.

  • Present product capabilities, vision, value propositions, and roadmap briefings to customers, prospects, the sales team, and at other public events.

  • Finally, you'll be part of conversations across Salesforce about the evolution of our platform and products to create the future of intelligent analytics apps.

  • Domain Knowledge. Demonstrated experience in building and delivering a platform product strategy.

  • Collaborative. Developed collaborative interpersonal communication skills, including verbal, written and listening communications.

  • Results-oriented. You love the doing and the process, but you are all about results. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage expectations and customer demands.

  • Growth mindset. You naturally look for ways to grow a product and are not afraid to investigate new opportunities.

  • Strong communicator. You're able to show a vision of the future and bring people along.

  • Customer and user focused. You have the ability to put yourself in a users' shoes and understand their needs. You listen closely to all avenues of feedback.

  • Experienced. 8+ years in Product Management, with a solid understanding of Product Management practices.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $251,900 to $384,100. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
