We have an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I at our Woodbury office. This individual is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems and directing members to the appropriate people. Prior new account, lending and sales experience is preferred; prior credit union experience is helpful.
The hours are as follows as well as other hours as needed (this is a rotating three-week schedule): Week One Sunday OFF Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday OFF Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Week One Total Hours = 35 Hours per Week Week Two Sunday OFF Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday OFF Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Week Two Total Hours = 35 Hours per Week Week Three Sunday OFF Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday OFF Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday OFF Week Three Total Hours = 32 Hours per Week Lunch Breaks are 30 Minutes on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. This is Grade 7 - Hourly, Part-time position with Benefits. The starting rate of pay is $21.69 - $23.05 per hour.
