Management Analyst V (Human Resource) This position requires an active Secret clearance to be considered. The Management Analyst V (HR) to provide essential support for the ongoing operations of the Department of State. The Management Analyst reports to the Deputy Senior Coordinator for Resource Management and Planning (RMP). This analyst is responsible for supporting J/TIP's human capital portfolio, drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policy documents for the office as well as document RMP specific processes and workflows, implementing employee retention and relations programs, and serving as back up for other executive office functions led by RMP. Components of this role will require verifying, creating, and implementing policies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. This position is also responsible for working with other Human Resource offices within State to help J/TIP reach its mission and objectives. The incumbent may be assigned specific tasks individually or as part of a team. As a member of the RMP team, additional administrative duties may be necessary to support the overall functioning of the team and office. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Management Analyst V (Human Resource): Range starts at $110-120,000. Pay commensurate with experience.
