Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States. We are seeking a Master Planner for our DUV team. This role will be responsible for the high level and long term strategy for our manufacturing teams. Master Planning works closely in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to create, optimize, and execute the factory build plan covering a 2+ year horizon. They enable the business to make conscious decisions around plan scenarios by integrating factory capabilities, supply chain constraints, business opportunities, costs, and risks into feasible proposals. They make reliable commitments based on a thorough understanding of limiting factors to production and ASML's output plan ambitions. This role will Manage & improve operational planning activities within ASML by working together with other operational planners. Influencing key internal and external stakeholders at senior management level to embed improvements across departments. You will be seen as an authority within Operational Planning by senior stakeholders and drives results through influential leadership. Working completely independent on highly complex processes with high risks involved. Supervision based on review of end results. Master Planners will Communicate effectively to a wide variety of relevant stakeholders ensuring that the provided information is equitable / fair to all parties and can be used as a source for others to use. RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research or Industrial or systems engineering with 3+ years of planning experience in a manufacturing or production environment Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering with Supply Chain experience in an internship setting Responsibilities Demand & Supply Plan Management
