Patient Access Representative

The patient Access Representative gathers and processes customer information, assuring efficient and accurate customer registration. They also make appointments for the providers over the telephone and in person.

Work Schedule:

• 32 hrs weekly / .8 FTE
• Varying shifts between the hours of 10:30 am - 7:30 pm or 2:30 pm and 11:00 pm
• Every other weekend 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm in the ER
• Rotating holidays

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years related office experience
