The Product and Services Delivery team of CAE Flightscape is looking a motivated individual to join us as a Manager of Delivery Management to help us deliver world class Crew solutions. The candidate will be a members of a techno-functional team specialized in implementing and delivering Crew Manager, Crew Planner, Recover Manager and other airline operations management solutions / modules as part of the Crew suite for various airlines across the world. Manager of Delivery Management will also be the Subject Matter Expert on these solutions and will be involved in training airline analysts on the tools and ensure the product is adopted effectively and efficiently by the airline. The holder of this position will be required to handle requirements to solve complex business problems using different technology and system views in one or more assigned functional areas of crew domain in addition to being a Delivery Manager for multiple customers and being a people manager.
