Senior Interactive Brand Designer

Are you a seasoned visual storyteller with an exceptional sense of design and culture trends that impact human behaviors? Marvin is looking for a Sr. Interactive Brand Designer to join our Creative Studio team. In this role, you'll partner with Creative, Digital and Brand teams on a variety of conceptual creative challenges and tactical digital design executions. Projects could be campaign-based or one-off and will help elevate our presence and positioning, building on our 100+ year history in the market.

Collaborate with Creative and Digital counterparts to translate business asks into interactive marketing experiences (e.g., landing pages, microsites, digital campaigns) -from digital concepts to design executions

• Partner with the Digital team to implement design concepts through various mediums or through final file prep; provide clear direction and clean files for hand-off

• Work with the Creative team and project champions to distill complex information into digestible, information for presentations and brand materials

• Bring forward creative recommendations that push boundaries and offer breakthrough solutions to further position Marvin as an innovative, premium brand

• Participate in ideation sessions with Partnership, PR, Owned, and Paid Content teams to develop distinctive and ownable activation and extension opportunities for the brand

• A command of typography, color, composition, hierarchy, photography and how these elements work together for design solutions

• Proficiency using the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

• Strong understanding of design principles, art direction, visual storytelling, UX/UI practices, etc.

• Comfortability in participating in formal and informal critiques to generate effective, relevant feedback

• 6+ years of experience working within a creative agency environment

• A broad portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of brand design systems across mediums and throughout the funnel, plus infographics, data visualizations, and charts.
