Overview: As part of our global People Team, you will play a key role in driving transformation and innovation in our People organization. You will be part of a team of fun, innovative, and passionate people tasked with rolling out our new People strategy and supporting the growth and evolution of PTC. The Compensation Consultant will play a strategic role in the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of sales compensation programs, policies, and procedures on a global basis and ensure alignment with the business strategy, goals, and objectives. members of the Global Compensation team, the People Team, Finance, and line management to deliver competitive compensation programs throughout the organization.
