Production Worker - Get a Grip on a Solid Career!

Shift Details:

Pay: $17.50 per hour

2nd Shift Hours: 1 PM - 10 PM

Training Hours (1st Shift): 9 AM - 6 PM

Production Worker Responsibilities:



  • Set up and calibrate machines for production
  • Control and adjust machine settings
  • Feed raw materials into manual machines
  • Inspect parts using precision tools
  • Test machine operations and resolve any issues during shifts
  • Check output for defects and maintain quality standards
  • Record approved and defective products, and keep activity logs updated

Qualifications:



  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of production processes
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Ability to read blueprints and manuals
  • Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
