• 5+ Years of experience in Salesforce domain, preferably Banking and Insurance FSC implementation projects
• Candidate should have strong Salesforce knowledge with experience in Salesforce implementation projects as Tech Lead/ Tech Architect Role
• Hands on experience in Apex Programming , OmniStudio , REST APIs
• Design and implement secure and scalable business solutions in Salesforce FSC CRM.
• Collaborate with architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
• Salesforce Certification like Java Developer/PD1/Platform developer/OmniStudio Developer/Service
• Deep understanding of FSC data model, Salesforce FSC certification preferred
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, Salesforce Data Security, and Salesforce Mobile App.
• Knowledge of AI and Agentforce will be desirable
• Familiarity with integration management, data migration solutions, release management process and real-time data synchronization.
• Good understanding of BFSI domain - desirable

Roles And Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions according to business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members in the use of FSC.
• Customize and configure Salesforce FSC to meet the needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FSC with other systems.
• Develop and maintain FSC architecture documentation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot FSC performance issues.
• Ensure FSC security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging FSC technologies and industry trends.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
