As aProposal Coordinator, you'll be a critical part of our Growth team, ensuring the seamless execution of proposal development. You'll work across departments to coordinate proposal processes, manage documents, and support timely, high-quality submissions. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will help drive MetroStar's success in securing government contracts.

What you'll do:



  • Support proposal managers with administrative tasks to facilitate the development of winning proposals
  • Coordinate proposal meetings, including kick-offs, status calls, color reviews, and solution sessions
  • Oversee proposal repositories and ensure document organization, version control, and compliance
  • Track and distribute solicitation modifications, amendments, and updates
  • Assist in editing, formatting, and producing polished proposal submissions
  • Develop and distribute proposal templates, compliance matrices, and response frameworks
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment


What you'll need to succeed:



  • A bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Journalism, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience as a proposal coordinator, preferably in a government contracting environment
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of solicitation requirements to ensure compliance and clarity in responses
  • Familiarity with the Shipley Proposal Process
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet critical deadlines
