Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP PLM Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP PLM and preferably domain experience in Medical Devices. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

* Strong SAP PLM Recipe Management experience in a functional lead role

* Experience in PLM- Segmentation Product Lifecycle Product Master Data Workflows

* Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for SAP PLM implementations.

* Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.

* Provide technical expertise in SAP PLM to guide project teams and stakeholders.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

* Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

* Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks.

* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

* Develop and maintain project documentation including status reports and project plans.

* Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management.

* Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency.

* Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.

* Support post-implementation activities including user training and issue resolution.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications

* Must have 10 to 12 years of experience in project management.

* Must have strong technical expertise in SAP PLM.

* Nice to have domain experience in Medical Devices.

* Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Must have proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

* Must have experience with hybrid work models.

* Must have knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

* Must have ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Must have strong organizational and time management skills.

* Must have ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

* Must have experience in stakeholder management.

* Must have a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Certifications Required

PMP or PRINCE2 certification SAP PLM certification preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 USD - $152,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
